Early treatment: In some cases it can be challenging to find a medication combination @ right dose that resolves all symptoms. 2 months is early in your course of treatment with these medicines, and you may yet improve further. Your psychiatrist will want to know how you are so that needed adjustments can be made. I hope you're also in psychotherapy at least supportively, because this can help a lot. Good luck!

Prozac/Zyprexa: Your question was cut off. Not sure if u r tolerating the medications & having no side-effects, if they are helping u, or if u r asking for alternatives. Best advice is to consult your prescribing doc.
