Variable: I am not sure what your question means. Damage to the anal sphincter from something like episiotomy from childbirth can cause difficult to control bowel function and loose bowels or bowel leakage. The other condition can be constipation making bowel function decreased. Inflamed intestinal conditions can also cause diarrhea issues and bowel control problems. Hemorrhoids can also cause some issues..
