Never: Phentermine has not been demonstrated to have a beneficial effect on the neural activity that characterizes adhd. However, it has been shown to cause far reaching cardiac problems when used for weight reduction. Currently, it is not a recommended medication for adhd.

It is not: It is not indicated, in my opinion. This is not consistent with its "labeling", and there other better medications.
