I'm just wondering, if you eliminate certain foods from a adhd child's diet what can they eat?

Most everything: Dietary control does help, but very, very rarely.Once a food is proven to affect the behavior, eliminate it and allow the child to eat everything else.

No specific foods: There are no specific foods associated with ADHD. A common recommendation is for a balanced diet in which protein is included in each meal and to limit carbohydrates as the major component of meals.
