Many: Cytomegalovirus (CMV) has many manifestations. Some of the symptoms depend upon age and some based on underlying health. Two groups are particularly vulnerable: babies and immunocomprimised patients. Any body part can be affected; teens and adults typically show fatigue, fever, stomach ache, swollen glands, or even no symptoms. Babies can suffer develpmental problems, hearing and vision problems.
