Exercise and sleep.: No. Having your BP under control and doing exercise on a regular basis, good nutrition , and at least 8 hrs of sleep every night is good for overall well-being ! these measures and appropriate meds against adhd will certainly help you.

HTN/ADHD: Indirectly, if BP is not under control & u r not getting enough rest & sleep & activity, it can affect your focusing & attention.
