Foods: Avoid caffeine, chocolate, alcohol & salt. Consider omega- 3 fatty acids or magnesium (supplementation or through diet) with doctor's approval. Sipping chamomile & green tea can dissipate pain. Ginger helps w nausea. Avoid junk carbs.
