Low carb/low calorie: Supplements do not make you loose weight.Only way to loose weight is consuming less calories and burning more.That means you go on a diet with no simple sugars like glucose, fructose.Sucrose, no sugary drinks, low carbs&low more fruits, vegeis, fish, poultry and small amount of nuts.And exercise regularly to burn some calories.You can take supplements like once a day vitamins with minerals with diet.

There are NO: Good weight loss supplements. They don't work, are potentially harmful, and the only thing you'll lose is your money. A good diet is not a diet, it's a nutrition plan you can follow the rest of your life -- restricted intake plus daily activity, burning off more calories than you take in and losing weight. The name on the diet is unimportant, the compliance is essential. Forget internet junk.
