Don't reach for pill: Appetite suppressants are only temporary crutches--what happens when you stop them? Exercise rather than reach for food, ; keep on-hand only healthy choices if you must snack. Chewing gum, a big glass of water, carrots ; celery sticks may help curb your appetite. Reach your goal safely please.

Green tea: Green tea is a good supplement with antioxidants and caffeine to supress appetite. Try not to drink too much because of the caffeine and your high blood pressure.
