Many: There are no "magic" weight loss foods, no matter what you see on tv or the internet. Education, eat less, exercise more, avoid snack food, fatty food, junk food. Avoid supplements and fads. Learn to eat and exercise properly for the rest of your life. See a good registered dietitian. Programs like weight watchers can provide valuable support. Good luck.

Speed leads 2 regain: I never recommend speeding up weight loss. When you go on a "diet" the odds of keeping the weight off aren't good. For long term lifestyle change that will help you lose & keep the weight off, focus on fruits, vegetables, protein (plant > animal) & healthy fats. Carbs should be whole grain. Avoid processed foods, soda, sugar, white bread, crackers, cookies, chips, white rice & other refined carbs.
