When after starting antibiotics for pneumonia can i go back to a (physical) job?

Work: Finish all the antibiotics, be sure to get as much rest as you can before going back to a 'physical' job and do not over do it for the first week. Listen to your body so you do not get sick again as y our system will be run down for another week at the least after finishing the antibiotics.
