What antibiotic would you use to treat e. coli pneumonia?

E.coli PNA: ciprofloxacin or Levaquin usually works well . also Ceftriaxone IV or Ceftin (cefuroxime) oral works as well. we need to test the E.coli and find out what is the best ABx for it as we have some resistant patterns.
