Tobacco: Tobacco is the culprit here, not the method of introduction to your delicate oral mucosa. Using this logic, it would appear that if you smoked an equal amount of tobacco either through a pipe or cigarettes, you would have an equal chance of developing oral cancer.

Doesn't matter: Both are delivery systems that bathe your tissues in carcinogens. Smoking causes cancers of the mouth, lips, lungs, esophagus, stomach, liver, etc. Tobacco increases risk of stroke and cardiac diseases and heart attack. both cause premature aging of your facial skin.It has been estimated that each time you smoke you take 7 minutes off your life.
