Irritating: Can you go without shaving for 7--10 days ? Also try little shaving cream in small area on face for 20 minutes and wash it of see if it causes itchiness. Donot irritate the face everyday let it heal with otc 1 % h-c cream . Pure aloe helps too. See a dermatologist.
