What can i do if my stools are coming almost blackis that a sign of appendicitis also?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

.G.I. tract bleed: Black stools typically are from stomach/esophageal bleeding. When blood mixes with the stomach acid, it causes a chemical reaction, turning the blood black. Bleeding below the stomach (hence less/no acid exposure ypically causes red or burgundy stools. You should see a doctor and have your hemoglobin level checked.
