Possible, other dx: It is possible to be appendicitis, although without progression of GI symptoms, pain, you may have other causes. This could include a gynecologic cause (e.g. an ovarian cyst, uterine or tubal infection, ectopic pregnancy), a kidney/bladder infection or stone, or other GI cause such as regional enteritis. You should see your MD for additional testing and possible ultrasound
