Appendicitis is caused by blocking of stool. So if you have regular bowl movements every morning. Does that lower your chance of getting appendicitis?

Appendicitis is not: caused by blocking of stool. It is caused by an inflammation of the appendix which can be triggered by a number of issues. Regular bowel moments will not reduce your risk of appendicitis.

Need more fiber: Important to "bulk up" your stools to reduce difficulty having a bowel movement. Eat fiber rich food and try adding metamucil to your supplements.
