Higher than normal.: I suggest 2 things: brca1 & brca2 genetic testing and see your doctor.

Higher than average: If they are alive (i hope) they should be tested for brca mutations, especially your dad. If they can't or won't be tested, then you should. Mind you, either way it should be in the setting of a comprehensive risk assessment by a professional with expertise in inherited cancers. Not all breast cancers are brca related and your family history is quite suspicious for a high risk gene.
