Male breast cancer: is rare, even with positive family history, but risk is not zero. He should be seen annually by a doctor for careful physical exam, given his family history.

Yes possible: Breast cancers due to BRCA gene malformation in females will lso affect men if they inherit , other forms of cancers like prostate cancer . You also will need genetic counseling and tests .
