Bipolar sx: The same as in a man: episodes of high mood which can include, decreased need for sleep, high energy, gregarious, pressure to do things, grandiose thinking (can include paranoia and delusions), extreme irritability. Episodes can last days to months. At other times severe depression occurs for days to months. Some have mixed states with high energy and depressed mood. This is a complex conditon.
