Serious Rx: Acne on the trunk almost always requires a systemic rx, perhaps with topical benzoyl peroxide or something similar. If tetracycline 500 2x/day or something similar fails, ask about Isotretinoin from a dermatologist. Acne is a chronic, serious, non-lifestyle-related disease that if not treated appropriately will lead to long-term regrets.
