Under breast problem: This sounds like intertrigo, which is especially prevalent in women with large breasts. Avoiding irritation is helpful- keeping the area clean and dry, keeping padding between the chest and breast, using an anti-fungal cream if there is a whitish discharge, and losing weight to reduce the amount of tissue in the breast and abdomen.
