See doctor/ER: U may have a boil and the fact that it is preventing you from sleeping suggests that u may need to have it incised. You shd go to emergency room to have it looked at. Meanwhile u can take an Advil (ibuprofen) to decrease the pain.

Have it seen: This is bacterial in nature usually, and will probably need antibiotics orally and/or drainage. hard to say without being seen by a doctor.
