Do not believe so: Usually a joint is the anatomical part that could be mal aligned, bone itself does not unless is fractured., thera are other intrinsic bone pathology that can cause deformities.A joint can be unstable if there is ligamentous damage that can not hold the joint in proper aligment or severe arthritis can cause deformities as well
