A member asked:

Can you please tell me about health consequences of not drinking enough water?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Dehydration: A person needs at 8-10 full glasses of water each day just to take care of the normal cellular activity of the body. The vast majority of people never take the required minimum per day therefore they are in a continuous state of dehydration.
