Need advice on what is the the best way to control essential tremor?

Essential tremor: Not to recommend excessive alcohol, but if your tremor transiently stops when you consume it, then any of the typical medications we prescribe can help but they all (propranolol, primidone, gabapentin, clonazepam) have side effects. There are natural remedies, less effective often. I avoid skullcap and valerian but they are recommended by many. Check my other answers on tremor for others. Dbs.
