See your doctor!: There are many causes of hand and upper extremity tremors. Some can be due to muscle weakness or pinched nerves in your neck or arm, others are due to neurologic problems. Treatment depends on identifying the cause. You should see your doctor to get it checked out. He may wan you to see an neurologist to help determine the cause.
