my doctor diagnosed me with familiar tremors.but didn't give me any meds or advice. i've been with this conditions all my life, any advice or cure?

Possible tremor Rx: Do people in your family have a tremor? Then you may mean familial tremor, or essential tremor. This can often be treated with propranolol or primidone, at least, if it bothers you enough that you would want treatment.
