Any idea for home treatment for sinus or any other ideas to help remove symptoms?

Nasal wash: Hello, my patients who suffer with chronic or recurrent acute sinusitis and use a regular sinus rinse find their symptoms to be better controlled. Sinus pressure is related to a narrowing of the sinus outflow pathways. Afrin nasal spray used twice a day followed by the sinus rinse may work even better. If the symptoms persist despite these maneuvers, then a visit to your ENT may be helpful.
