Yes: There can be extra "supernumerary" teeth behind wisdom teeth.

Supernumerary Tooth: Supernumerary teeth can occur (jut as congenitally absent teeth), in my practice i see them all of the time. I have actually taken out 12 wisdom teeth in one individual. Bets to have a more advanced film then the little limited dental x-rays your dentist performs. This way a proper identification, diagnosis and recommendations can be given.
