Consultation: Depending upon whether or not the teeth are erupting in a normal and straight relationship, and if there is enough room for them to come in, they will erupt in the same manner as the rest of the teeth- some soreness and discomfort. However, if they are crooked, impacted or if there is not enough room, get them removed. See a dentist for a personal evaluation.
