More than U realize: If we add flossing: it certainly will. You will have less cavities, better gums, better general health, not to mention saving money over time, have more leisure time (rather than spending $ & time at the dental office) & you won't offend others with bad breath. Finally, you will better self esteem with a brighter smile. Also, eat nutritious foods & see your dentist every six months for checkups.

BRUSH+FLOSS+DENTIST: If you brush and floss your teeth and gums and tongue after every meal, you will have very little bacteria in the mouth. You will enjoy great oral health for a long time, much better than others who don't. Just make sure all your teeth are healthy or treated, and professional cleaning is done regularly, as there are many parts your floss and brush cannot reach. Great question. Stay clean!
