What to do if i have suffered a mild stroke or tia. will this affect me at work?

Hopefully not : Depends on whether there is lasting damage affecting your speech or other cognitive functions, and especially your ability to walk, balance and use hands. Assuming good recovery, you should be able to resume functioning, but best to use a medication to prevent further strokes. Discuss with your doctor.
