Possibly: If the person who does the coughing is HIV positive and if he has a positive viral count (he should know this if he is being treated), then the saliva and secretions can contain the virus. If this gets into someone else's eye, it can pass into the back of the throat and if there is a break in the lining you could get the virus in your system and have a problem. A lot of "ifs" to happen.
