Try Tonic Water: Try drinking a glass of tonic water in the evening. Tonic water contains a small amount of quinine, and is sometimes helpful for leg cramps. You can find this in the soft drink isle of the grocery store. If you are on medications that effect electrolytes (especially diuretics), you should have this checked.
