A member asked:

What is the best treatment for occasional lower leg cramp?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Jeffrey Kass answered

Make sure you : Are well hydrated. I find magnesium supplements to be helpful, particularly if dealing with a night cramp. Bananas for their potassium may be helpful as well.
