How can i clear my sinuses in my nose? it just seems that there is so much mucus in my nose it is clogged, any ideas how to rid of it?

Saline, saline, sali: Nasal mucous is a normal part of your nose and sinues, so you can never totally get rid of it. However, if it is bothersome because it is thick, try saline rinses (like a netipot or squeeze bottle variety) and consider a otc mucolytic like Mucinex (guaifenesin) which helps to break up mucous. See your doctor for fever, or green mucous that doesn't improve after 5-7 days.
