More info: If you had a syncopal events, it is possible that you may have a condition called neurocardiogenic syncope. One of the treatment option is an ssri. Threfore he may have prescribed this for you.

No need for worry: If all those tests are fine, the likely cause of your symptoms is anxiety, and this is what your doctor is treating.
