See your OBGYN: If you have been trying to get pregnant for 4 years without success, you and your partner need to seen obgyn for an infertility evaluation. This may include several tests for both of you, and certainly a physical exam for you. Your partner will likely need a semen analysis. Best of luck to both of you.
