Multiple potential: Causes of infertility can be due to either the male or female partner - you need to see a specialist with your partner and systematically rule out potential causes of problems in the reproductive process. You could have ovulatory problems, or an inability to implant a fertilized egg. Your partner could have a low sperm count. You could have problems due to prior stds, endometriosis, scar tissue.
