? obvious answer?: Celebrex (celecoxib) is still on the market for exactly such situations, particularly if "garden-variety" nsaids have not worked. You need to discuss the risks of long-term use vs. The benefits of treatment / pain relief with your dr to make educated choice if long term use good for you.
