Anxiety non-med: Biofeedback would introduce you to relaxation training (learning how to relieve muscle tension), diaphragmatic breathing, and imagery - all in concert with video display reflecting progress. Many learn how to mindfully meditate by reading books in that regard or coordinating it with cd/dvd's. Many find an aerobic exercise protocol helpful. Cognitive behavior therapy, interpersonal therapy helps to.
