Depends: It depends on how the bone is set. For hands, you do not want any significant bending or twisting of the bone when it is set. I would make sure to see a hand specialist.

It will: Depend on the displacement of your fracture, if you have rotational deviation or angular deformity that could cause impairment. Talk to you doctor about that.
