Worry dehydration: Most likely your baby has stomach flu (viral gastroenteritis). He nay develop diarrhea. But, since you are in india, bacterial and parasitic infections are also possibilities. However. The immediate concern is a possibility of severe dehydration. If your son is still vomiting, and cannot keep anything down, you need to have him seen by a doctor quickly. If he can drink, ask about oral rehydration.
