RSV?: An otherwise healthy infant should be able to weather an upper respiratory illness with only supportive care (watch for high fever, lethargy, struggling to breathe, poor oral intake, etc.). If any of the above are present, medical evaluation is necessary, and some babies require hospitalization and nebulized breathing treatments, e.g. For RSV infection (see cdc.Gov/rsv). Best wishes!
