AV block: First degree av block has many possibilities and is generally benign unless it progresses. Drug contribution is possible but not certain. Discuss with your doctor.

I was put on toprol (metoprolol) and cozaar due to broken heart syndrome 2 yrs ago BP was low so stopped cozaar then toprol (metoprolol) now BP is good pulse is too high?
27 years old, 54kg, 160cm tall. Heart rage in rest can be over 120. No thyriod problems. Got metoprolol 50mg. Ecg scan was fine. What could cause this?
