PID: The most serious reason could be pelvic inflammatory disease which is an std and infection that affects the internal sex organs and creates an abscess. Usually you would be realty sigh with fevers and chills. I think you should call your doctor immediately or go to an urgent care or if your symptoms get bad you should proceed to the er.
