Yes: Please try and get pregnant, especially if you have regular menstrual cycles. If you don't have regular menstrual cycles get help from your gyn or fertility specialist. I recommend that all women see their doctor before trying to get pregnant, start prenatals, get pap smear and blood work.

You may: Polycystic ovaries effect women in different ways including menstrual changes, hormone effects and can cause difficulty with achieving pregnancy. The cysts themselves do not cause problems in pregnancy, although this condition causes women to be more sugar intolerant which can translate to pregnancy related sugar regulation problems.
