2 x 10mg = 20 mg: Yes, taking 2 of the 10mg Prozac (fluoxetine) would = 20mg. Please talk with your doctor about raising the dose back to 20mg, and s/he can best advise you. If s/he prescribed 10mg, your prescription will run out sooner when you're actually taking twice as much.

Ask your doctor: Yes, 2 pills of 10mg Prozac (fluoxetine) is equivalent to 1 pill of 20mg. But, please keep your treating physician in the loop, let her or him know that you've restored your Prozac (fluoxetine) dose to 20mg daily.
