Overdose with prozac (fluoxetine): You would be taking double the maximum dose. You could have seratonin syndrome where you could have a severe amount of anxiety. You could also have chest pain, heart issues, nasuea, vomiting,dizziness. If you are thinking about this as a way to hurt yourself, dont do this. Tell someone and get some help
